The TBM45 is a mobile boring machine with a range of 50 to 375 mm. Thanks to the high accuracy of the chrome shaft; we are able to achieve tolerances of the H7 class.
Thanks to the modular construction, we can choose individual components for specific work.
Machine available with spindle lengths 1, 2, 3 and even 4 meters long.
Device equipped with the following components:
- Mechanical gear 12:1 with electric motor 220V, 1.3kW
- Axial mechanical feed, bi-directional with smooth adjustment and fast travel,
- 300mm travel bolt (operating range)
- Boring machine spindle ø 45 mm and length 2000 mm, knifes holes 12x12 every 250 mm
- Mounting brackets, two-armed with spherical bearings (2 pcs.)
- Tool head set for 90 – 300 mm hole openings
- Tool kit and user manual in English and Polish
- Shockproof suitcase on wheels for storage and transport of TBM 45 machine (without spindle)
- Metal box for storage and transport of a 2000 mm spindle
