The Ventil ORBIT 40 is a robust, lightweight valves grinding and lapping machine for ‘in-situ’ or in workshop. The unique construction makes the versatile machine suitable for vertical seats of gate valve, and horizontal mounted seats of check, cut-off and safety valves, in the range 6 – 40”.
The unique orbital, mechanical gear driven grinding head gives high quality rates when removing material and ideal flatness of grinded/lapped surface. The ORBIT 24 is also available with pneumatic drive motor or 110/220 VAC drive motor optionally.
