The OPTIC 15 device serves the lapping and polishing. The Ventil OPTIC 15 device serves the lapping and polishing. Ventil OPTIC 15 is the complete solution for high precision finishing of safety valves seats, discs, nozzles and sockets (rings). The OPTIC 15 device may be applied to achieve flatness accuracy within 3 light bands ensuring the best seat tightness. Device has robust design, is equipped with precise control elements, activation timer and an automatic control and dispensing of diamond liquid and lubricates system
The OPTIC 15 for finishing lapping has a 15” / 380 mm plate. Standard plate is composite made (others available on request). The 3 rings of inner diameter 5.5” / 140 mm for lapping work piece with a maximum diameter 5” / 125 mm (larger machines available). Optionally the OPTIC 15 can be completed with an optical flat and monochromatic light for checking and measuring the results.
