The OPTIC 24 device serves the lapping and polishing. Ventil OPTIC 24 is the complete solution for high precision finishing of safety valves seats, discs, nozzles and sockets (rings). The OPTIC 24 device may be applied to achieve flatness accuracy within 3 light bands ensuring the best seat tightness. Device has robust design, is equipped with precise control elements, activation timer and an automatic control and dispensing of diamond liquid and lubricates system.
The OPTIC24 for finishing lapping has a 24” / 600 mm plate. Standard plate is composite made (others available on request). The 3 rings of inner diameter 9.9” / 248 mm for lapping work piece with a maximum diameter 8.5” / 220 mm (larger machines available). Optionally, the OPTIC24 can be completed with an optical flat and monochromatic light for checking and measuring the results.
